AI workflowsthat do the workand media thatfinds the buyers

Scalr Ventures LLC · For companies that buy software and media

You do not need another deck about AI. You need the software built, the media bought, and both from someone who did it for themselves first.

The tool that will run your media already exists and already runs our own accounts. Whatever you want built starts from that codebase, so no part of your project is a first attempt.

What you can hand over

Software, media buying, creative. We do all three on our own products first, which is where every number under these boxes comes from.

01

AI workflows and software

The systems that do the work you are doing by hand right now: data pipelines, model calls, the application around them and the billing underneath. Built as one piece, so nothing falls between two suppliers and no part of it needs a second vendor to operate.

Adscalr is 478 API routes and 47 database tables across three ad platforms, built end to end in about three months. Your build starts on that same stack.

02

Performance marketing

Media buying on Meta, TikTok and Google: budget structure, creative testing and the call on which of your ads to stop. These are the decisions Adscalr was built to make faster, so the tool and the buying come from the same place.

Marcel Jendrusch has run around 150,000 euros a month in ad spend. Your account gets read the same way every week.

03

Ad creative and research

Ad creative and the research under it: what competitors are running, the words your buyers actually use, and which format earns attention. It is the research pipeline inside Adscalr, pointed at your category instead of ours.

Four to six buyer personas per project, each one built from at least three real quotes from people in your market.

How a project runs

Four steps, and you can walk away after the second one.

01

One email to start

A few sentences about the problem is enough. You get a straight answer on whether it fits, and if it does not fit you get that answer just as quickly.

02

Scope on a call

We agree what gets built, what deliberately does not, and in what order. Written down afterwards so both sides can check it later against what actually happened.

03

You see it running

Progress is a URL you can open. You look at the actual thing every week and say whether it is going the right way, instead of reading a status report about it.

04

It stays yours

Code, repositories and ad accounts are in your name from day one. Nothing is locked to a tool that only we can operate, and leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.

What we turn down

If your project is one of these, you save a call by finding out here.

AI because it should be AI

Some jobs are faster as a form and a spreadsheet. If yours is one of them we will say so, rather than sell you a model call that adds a cost and a nicer name.

Renting capacity

Sitting in someone else’s sprint board as an extra pair of hands is a staffing contract. We take problems that have an outcome attached to them.

Work without the real numbers

Media buying without access to actual spend and revenue is guessing with your money. If the data cannot be shared, the engagement does not work.

Guaranteed results

Nobody can promise a ranking, a CPA or an interview, so we do not. What we commit to is the work and an honest account of what it did.

Ventures

A venture here is a product we own, and each one started as work that was eating our own weeks. Audience research, competitor teardowns and performance reviews meant reading ad libraries by hand and rebuilding the same analysis from scratch every time, and the campaigns still had to be watched every morning. Adscalr does that reading now and says what to change. JobScalr answers the same question from the other side: a strong application means rewriting the CV and the letter for one specific posting, which is forty rewrites for forty postings. It does the tailoring so that applying is what is left.

Adscalr

Since February 2026

AI ad intelligence for performance marketing. It turns competitor intelligence, audience language and performance data into the next ad to ship, and kills the ones that will not work.

  • Built for the media buying we do ourselves
  • In daily use, access by invitation for now
  • Every creative read on about 20 fields

What is next

None of it exists yet. It is here so you know what else we would be spending time on.

In preparation

An AI agency brand

The software side gets its own name and its own site, so a client hiring a build is not reading a holding company page. Trademark class and domain are still open.

In preparation

Marcel Jendrusch, personally

Writing in public about building these products and buying the media for them, under his own name. It will link back here rather than replace this page.

In preparation

Adscalr beyond invitation

Access runs through a conversation while the load and the running costs are still being watched. Opening it further is the next step and there is no date on it yet.

How this works

The work is what we show: Adscalr on one of our own ad accounts, JobScalr on a real application, and every decision behind both, including the ones we changed our minds about.

Tell us what costs you time. We tell you what we would automate.

Send over the process that eats the most hours in your week. You get back what it would take to build, before anyone talks about a contract.

hello@scalrventures.com

The address goes straight to Marcel Jendrusch, who would also be the one building it.
